Other income and Expense of the school can be recorded and categorized by type. The final report of income and expense will show the net income of the day, month or year.

Stationary Stock

A complete selling system are provided for stationary stock of book, uniform, course book, or other material with unlimited numbers. The school can categorize each type of stationary for generating summary at the end of day, month or year.

The module has the main functions to control stock. The user can setup new product to sell in the school and category by type that can make user easy to filter. In the list it shows the number sale by total stock in, stock out, current stock and stock out. When the users want to update the current stock, they can search and update the quantity and it save as history as stock by date.

2. Sale Stationary

It is the kind of point of sale which auto stock out and save record for user. The sum of sale amount will auto group by type of product and include in the report of the day. With the option of payable, user can sale product without quantity in the list. It makes the payable records for next transaction. The sale of product can be in USD or Reils. 

3. Sale History

The list of sale history is stored here. The user can stock in for wrong sale by return record to stock. With the option "In", it will provide the list of stock in by date search. "Out" shows the list for stock selling records.

The administration can create unlimited new course and set the payment price for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 years. It allows to create different type of course and class with contains teacher, room and level. The users can save list of course book with the needed information which can be used in other place such as register, payment, certificate etc. Each course can be set with flexible payment within 1 month, 2 months until 12 months. If the school just provide only monthly payment, the user just set 1 month fee for it only.

Student Registration System delivers simplicity and convenience to better manage a growing number of enrollments. It radically saves time, resources and costs involved by alleviating manual work and paper based processes. It controls the register process by storing any needed by each school such name, sex, date of birth, parent information, contact, address etc. The data is stored on security database which can retrieved back in second and easily. The user can search by student id, register student name, both Khmer and Latin name. It provides the function to total information of the registered students by date, month or year.

2. Student Payment

The student payment will be done in single search even the student need to pay school fee, administration fee, bus fee, lunch fee and other fee together. The payment can be set up with 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year per time. Those payment will be automatically categorized by type of income into both summary and detailed report.

3. Unpaid Students

Unpaid student will automatically alert the expired day and provide the tool to issue the informed letter. The administration can filter the unpaid follow the class type, class name or teacher which can issue the information letter to the specific group without confusion. On the letter to inform, user can set up their own word on the first time. The next letter will follow the rule of meaning.

4. Payment History

The school administrator can generate the list of payment by date, month, quarter, semester or any specific date. By filtering the student id or student name, the user can get the list of payment history of the student id provided. It clearly show the amount of payment, last payment, the user who get the payment and date time of payment. While the printer occurs the mistake, the user can reprint the invoice for students again here.

5. Student List Management

This module is important to check the number of progress class and number of registered students. The user can printed the class list with standard format for class attendant, score draft etc. More than this, the user can manage the student name by transferring name to other class while the students need to be upgrade level or change class. The summary statistic show the number of student group by each level or class type.

Security is designed to ensure the data and process of system smoothly. It prevent the unplanned crash with computer hardware so that the user can restore the data to new computer easily.

The users can set up the current profile of school such logo, address of the school, contact number and other setup. The administrator have full right to create and assign right for other users according to their positions and responsibilities in school. All activities of user are recorded to ensure the accountability for each user. 

The data are encrypted and backup to server followed the need of administrators. Data can be stored in external hard disk, cloud storage such as Dropbox, Google Drive etc.
